Here’s a great basketball drill for the beginner level and up.
You don’t need a basketball for this drill. What you do is stand on one side of the free throw line and quickly run to the other side of the free throw line, touch the line, and run back.
Keep doing this for 30 seconds, and see how many you can do. Take a quick break and then repeat several times. Do this basketball drill at least 2-3 times a week. Be sure to push yourself as hard as you can and you’ll see amazing progress in your speed and quickness.
