Vertical Leap

My suggestion for a new forum topic would be to include a section on how to increase vertical jump or vertical leap.

I just thought we should make this topic so players can share the drills or programs they use for improving their vertical leap.

Any other tips or suggestions on improving your vertical jump would also be very helpful for this topic.
