Vetical Jump Programs

I have been doing some research in increasing my vertical leap in the past few days. I have a few questions about your top 2 rated programs – the vertical leap project and the vertical jump bible.

Is the vertical project so much better that you recommend spending 6 times the money compared to the vertical jump bible?

Also I was wondering if these programs were safe for teens with little training experience?

The choice is yours…

The price varies depending on what’s included in each program, how much the person or company that’s designed the program thinks it’s worth, and how successful the program has been in producing results.

Having said that, all three vertical jump programs are exceptional…the ultimate choice is up to you.

I would suggest that you thoroughly review each program, decide which one fits your training objectives and budget – and then make your decision from there.

And yes, these programs have been used safely and successfully by teens.
